Looking for a self-starter with the ability to troubleshoot, resolve and recommend IT Solutions to our established client base.
Must be able to critically think beyond break/fix, communicate well, and work in a team-based environment. Problem solving, LAN and WAN Knowledge, Help Desk Experience, Customer Service, Verbal and Written Communication, Operating System and Server Knowledge, PC Proficiency, System Administration, Software Testing, Documentation, Timely and Accurate Billing of Tickets, Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience preferred.
Must also have reliable transportation and at least 3-5 years of Professional IT Experience. Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience preferred. Please send resume and we will reach out ASAP. Thank you!
