My company has worked with ECW for about 15 years now. We used to work with Eric when they were smaller. Eric has always been amazing, he keeps us up to date with new technologies and gives teaching tools via their monthly newsletters.

Since then, they have grown and we have been working with Otto for over 5 years now. Otto is such a great asset to their team. Otto does not only fix our problems, he ensures to prevent them from reoccurring over and over again. There is NOTHING Otto can not resolve for us.
